Received ‘10.40 a.m. to-day. • MELBOURNE, .July 28: Because of the greatly increased production of butter throughout Australia the Daily Produce Export Board has decided to reduce the levy upon producers for expenses of administration by twopence a hundredweight on butter and a penny a hundredweight on cheese.
