WELLINGTON, May 27 In the Supremo Court to-day Mr. Justice Blair gave judgment m favour of Edward Henry Leach, a taxi-driver, in his claim for damages against another taxi-driver, George Edward Hhiper Their cars were involved m a collision at r. street intersection on December 21, as a result of wnnh a woman was killed and other people injured. _ . The amount awarded was £l4O is special damages. His Honour nut no would not allow general damages.
