JAPANESE GENERAL DIES
SHIRAKAWA SUCCUMBS. OPERATION FRUITLESS. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SHANGHAI, March 26. The death of General Sliirakawa occurred at noon to-day following an unsuccessful attempt at blood transfusion and a delicate operation. Doctors were specially sent for from lokio to try to save his life. General Sliirakawa was a victim of the recent bomb outrage at Shanghai.
