DUNEDIN DISTRESS RELIEF
CLERGY ATTEND CONFERENCE. DEPOTS TO BE ESTABLISHED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, May 14. The Mayor (Mr R. S. Black) held a conference of clergymen ' and social workers yesterday to organise relief during the winter. He said the Government had not helped' the position much. Some men were receiving less for four weeks’ work than for three weeks previously. It was resolved to establish, district depots in the city and suburbs.
