TENNIS MATCH

, A tennis match between the Okaiawa and Otakeho clubs was played on the local courts at Joll Park on Wednesday. The courts, which had recently received a coating of green paint were tried out in match play for the first time. The experiment of the green paint proved very successful, the strong glare from the bare concrete, which was very trying on hot days, being entirely eliminated. Although beaten the visiting team enjoyed their games and were loud in their praises of the green concrete courts.
