AUCKLAND, Dec. 10. “We find in practice that in cases where husbands remarry it is becoming increasingly difficult to ensure that the wife and children get maintenance,” said counsel in the divorce court when applying on behalf of a wife for a judicial separation on the ground of misconduct. The application was made in t)ys form, because the wife might find it difficult to obtain maintenance for herself and her three children if the husband was free to many again. Mr. Justice Reed, after observing that it was a rare proceeding, granted the order.
