POLICE, CHARGE FOLLOWS. - ARREST OF LABOURER!. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Deo. 9. Albert Hatton Taylor, aged 29. a labourer, was refused permission to land in Sydney, and on returning by the Ulimaroa yesterday he was arrested by detectives and charged in the Police Court to-day with that, at Wellington on November 27, with intent to deprive Nellie Tucker of the possession of her son Donald, aged eight years, he unlawfully took him to Sydney. On the application of the police accused was remanded to appear at W anganui to-morrow.
