PROBATE OF WILL

SONS RAISE OBJECTIONS. TESTAMENTARY CAPA CITY DOUBTED. (Bv Teloarraph—Pipes Association.! WELLINGTON, Dec. 8. An action asking for probate in solemn form of the will and two codicils of Joshua Viles, a wealthy Wairarapa farmer, who died in February, was commenced in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Ostler. The plaintiffs are Samuel Cundy, stock buyer, and Quentin Donald, farmer, both of Feathers ton, as trustees of the testator’s estate, and the defendants are the two sons of the testator. Albert Victor Viles, farmer, Greytown, and Stanley Seadman Viles, clerk. Napier. The' late Mr. Viles, who lived at Featherston, left an estate of roughly £25,000. Probate is opposed by the two sons on the ground that when the second codicil was purported to have been executed the testator lacked testamentary capacity. The prospects are that the hearing possibly will last several days.
