WORST FOE FIFTEEN YEARS. STOCK LEAVING DISTRICT. (By TelHgmr.li—Press Association.) OAMARTT, Dee. 5. Exceedingly dry weather continues in North Otago! There has been only Sin of rain in the last three months. Karlv-sown crops are practically a failure, and. unless there is good rain soon, late-sown -crops are likely to lie Llie same. Feed is scarce and some farmers are arranging the transfer of stock to other districts. This is the worst season for the farmer for about Id years.
