SALE OF MEAT WORKS
PROPOSAL IN FEILDING. SHAREHOLDERS’ CONSENT WANTED. The directors of the Feilding Farmers’ Freezing Company have arranged for the sale of the whole of the company’s works to Borthwick’s, Ltd., and now await the approval of shareholders. A special meeting is being called to ask for approval of the. sale. The works were established in 191 G. The shareholders are mostly farmers Of late years the works have not paid any dividend.
