LONDON, Sept. 1. “We have no objection to women wearing pyjamas, so long as they wear them in the right place—in bed,” declared Rev. Marshall Selwyn, vicar ol : Holy Trinity Church, Bournemouth. “We can perhaps stand them on the beach, but we cannot stand them in the streets of our town. Trousers are man’s prerogative. Some men look quite nice therein, but women look unutterably foolish and ugly.”
