CANBERRA, Aug. 6. The Appropriation Bill providing for twelve months’ supply has been passed by the Senate without amendment. The Loan Conversion Act will he proclaimed on Monday and the loan conversion appeal will close on August 31, thus allowing bondholders 21 days if they iso desire to register objections to converting the bonds to the new holdings at a lower rate of interest. A big.campaign is being launched by Hie national appeal executive immediately.
