ATTRACTION A.T 'HAWERA. An opportunity for Tlawera residents fo hear a first-eiass (Maori concert will he afforded by the entertainment, to he given in the’ Grand Theatre on Tuesday next by the New Zealand Maori Choir and Entertainers. A hand of musicians, singers and dancers who have a varied and highly interesting programme. ‘The party, which lias been at the Town Hall, Wellington, in connection with the Radio Exhibition and broadcast by 2YA, includes such performers as .Misses Eileen Grennell, L.A.TS. (iOhristeliurch), Riria Wallis and T. Ropita (Tort Levy), Lorie Honiara (,Waikato), and Messrs Wi Mikora (’Manawatu), I). (Mikora (Paraparaumu), illenare Tahiwi (Otaki), Hone Wereta (Ratana Pa), James Rikihana (ILevin), and To Mahauariki (Hawke’s Bay). The programme includes liakas, poi dances, melodies and ancient. Maori games.
