HAWERA BOXING ASSOCIATION

DECISION TO INCORPORATE The incorporation of the Hawera Boxing Association was agreed to at a special general meeting of members last evening, over- which Air E. T. Simon presided.. It was also decided that the present, officers should continue in office until tlie end of the year. A statement of accounts submitted by the secretary showed that the association’s net profit to date for this season was £BO 14si 6d, the profit on the last tourney being £65 11s lOd. The accumulated profits' total £132 11s 3d and the assets are valued at £152 3 s.

Details were finalised for the forthcoming Johns-Donovan bout at Hawera. with the exception of the amateur " bouts, which are not yet completed .
