CONFERENCE POSTPONED

The session of the Imperial Conference to take place at Ottawa in August nas been adjourned, and an official statement would be made on Monday, said Mr. R. B. Bennett, Canadian Prime Minister, who visited Quebec todav for the funeral of Cardinal Rouleau. , , , Mr. Bennett said the odnleronc-e had been postponed because of the pending elections in Australia ainl New Zealand, which would prevent delegates from those countries attending during the autumn this year. No date had been set for the renewal.of the discussions, but it would probably be the beginning of next year.
