LONDON, June o. •Captain iSeott accomplished the whole of his record breaking flight from Australia to England in the face of very difficult conditions. He crossed the Channel in a storm. lie climbed down from the cockpit dazed, drawn and haggard and suffering badly from cramp and deafness. 'His face was blistered by the heat of the engine. He admitted he was glad it was all over. ‘•‘lt is too far,” said the airman. He considered the homeward flight the better effort owing to the breaking of the monsoons. He beat Ivingsford Smith’s record bv 4'S hours.
