TN the matter of the “Electric Power Boards Act, 1925,” and amendments, and the “Local Election and Polls Act, 1925, ’ ’ and amendments, I hereby give notice that an election of TWO Members to represent the County of Patea on the South Taranaki Electric Power Board will be held on MONDAY, the 29th JUNE, 191. And I hereby appoint the County Offices, Egmont St., Patea, as the place, ( and WEDNESDAY, 17th June, 1931, as the time for nomination of candidates. Nomination Papers may be obtained at the County Offices, Patea, and nomintaions must- be accompanied by a deposit of Three Pounds (£3), which sum will be forfeited in the event of the required number of votes under the Act not being received by the candidate.
