FEARS AT CHITTAGONG. SEVERAL ARRESTS MADE. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) DELHI, May 2. A Bengal Government proclamation states that owing to the dangerous, disturbed state of certain districts in Chittagong and the conduct of the inhabitants additional police will be quartered in 52 of the villages for two months at the cost of the inhabitants. . ■ A number of houses were raided by t,he police, and several arrests were made. The curfew order, night patrols and other precautionary measures are still continuing.
