The Belgian Senate has been asked to approve an arrangement concerning the administration, of the Belgo-Ger-man frontier, says the Brussels’ correspondent of “The Times.”
The Foreign Nmister, M. Paul Hymans, referred to the unexpected motion passed by the German Reichstag demanding the reincorporation of Eiupen and Malmedy in Germany. He declared that this was the more shocking to Belgian opinion as it followed Belgium's reaffirmation of its intention to pursue a policy of understanding and peace. Belgium had indisputable rights over E’up ei b which the Allies bad undertaken to maintain. The Government would not accept any discussion on Belgian frontiers’ or territory. When the frontier was readjusted after the Great War Belgium gained a small area of Prussia.
