DOMINION TITLES BRIDSON AGAIN PROMINENT TWO FURTHER SUCCESSES (By Telegraph— Cross Association.) WANGANUI, March 5. The New Zealand championship swimming meeting was advanced a further stage this evening when 1500 spectators watched the races at the GonviTle baths. The weather was ideal. The ■outstanding performance of the evening was that of the Aucklander, Miss M. Farquhar, who won the 100 yards backstroke by defeating the titleholder, Miss N. Stratton, of Auckland, by a close margin. Further results are : MEN’S 220 YARDS FINAL. G. Bridson (Auckland) 1 A. T. Stokes (Canterbury) 2 J. Fmvright (Auckland)* ~ 3 Also started : J.
