UNIFORM RUGBY RULES
DISPENSATIONS WITHDRAWN NEW ZEALAND UNION NOTIFIED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 3. The English Rugby Football Union lias informed the New Zealand Union that after hearing from Air Jaimes Baxter in detail about the recent tour of the Dominion, it is strongly of the opinion that now that the game is played throughout the Empire there should be no exceptions anywhere with regard to rules, as uniformity is essential. Therefore the English Union forthwith withdraws all dispensations and instructs that its rules must be strictly adhered to.
