PRINCES IN BOLIVIA
WELCOME FROM INHABITANTS. GRAND ORDER CONFERRED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegiapb Copyright.) LAPAZ (Bolivia), Feb. 19. The British Princes arrived here this afternoon. Prince George was slightly affected by the altitude during the journey to the mountain city, but the Prince of Wales stood it well. Local newspapers dedicated extra editions, partly in English, to the Princes, publishing long articles on Britain’s relations with Bolivia, and greeting the Princes warmly. After their arrival at the I alace, the Princse were decorated with the Grand Order of the Condor of the Andes bv Senor Don Carlos, Ambassador to Britain, and General Blanco Galindo, the President. Acclaiming shouts resounded through the streets, where thousands had gathered to natch the arrival of the visitors.
