CAR AND PASSENGER BUS
COLJ.ISTON OX HUTT KOAD. (By Telegraph—Pres3 Association.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 13. Three people were injured in a rather spectacular collision between a small [private car and a railway passenger | bus oil the Hutt- Road at 9 o’clock last evening. One of the* sides of the bus was considerably damaged, while I the small car was badly wrecked. partSj I being strewn all over the road. | The driver of the car, Gilbert frank Tabernacle, and! his companion, a woman, both (received, leg injuries. Those in the bus were thrown forward heavily when the large vehicle came to a sharp stop. One of the passengers. J. Ellis, was thrown upward, instead of forward, and struck his head on |the ceiling and was sent to hospital suffering from concussion and shock. Tabernacle returned with the police to the central station where, after receiving medical aid was detained.
