Callao and Lima made ready to-day to give an enthusiastic welcome to the Prince of Wales and Prince George when .they arrive to-morrow. Tlie Princes touched Peruvian soil first yesterday at Caboblauco automobiling through Cobitos and Negritos to Talara, where the party was "feted at the Peruvian Club. They then proceeded to Payta, where they embarked on t-lie Oropesa for the run to Callao.

The Prince of AVales was busily engaged to-day. One of the main phases of his visit to South America is the collection and study of imformation of industrial and commercial life of the continent. The barber’s mate lathered him and the Prince plieo lie razor and, seizing him by the hair t-opuled liinr into the water, where he ducked him mercilessly. Viscount Ednan and 20 others received the same treatment.

The proceedings were closed with the immersion of tlie entire court including King Neptune and the barber.
