The “Home-made ” Will.
So-called. ‘ 1 home-made ’ ’ wills are dangerous and too often worthless, for many niceties of language and law must be considered, and the manner of execution and declaration must be given careful attention. A will is a very important document and one which should be drawn by an expert. The Public Trustee prepares wills and holds them in safe custody, free of charge, if appointed executor.
