MAN’S DEATH AT HAMILTON. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) HAMILTON, Feb. 4. Evidence that he deliberately threw kiniself beneath an oncoming car was given at an inquest to-day into the death of Herman James Fury, who died at Waikato Hospital recently. Traffic-Inspector Barrett said the man walked deliberately in front, of his car aml when witness swerved the man threw his arms forward and dived beneath the car. His clothes were in tatters and lie was bootless. Other witnesses gave evidence that the man deliberately walked in front of the vehicle.

The verdict was that Fury met his death when knocked down by a motor car. The coroner added that Fury evidently had thrown himself under the o*l r and no blame was attachable to the driv or.
