Partridge £1 IDs fid, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment; S. Hanora, jun., to pay B. Crutehley £9 15s fid, in default nine days’ imprisonment, the warrant to- be suspended so long as debtor pays £1 per month; TO. 10. Cresswell to pay Home Supply Co. Ltd. £l2 13s, in default 18 days’ imprisonment. John Corradus, charged with using obscene language in Egmont Street, Patea, on December 21, pleaded guilty and was placed on probation for 12 months.
