A darns and Sons Ltd. v. George Corliss, £2 8s sd; B. Crutchlev v. F. Tattle, £1 15s; J. A. Man'derson v. V. Lankshcar, £2; R. Crutehley v. W. N. Quayle, £2 15s (id; Patea Harbour Board v. H. Ilardaker, £tl 11s; B. Crutehley v. Matthew Dixon, £2 2s (id; Patea Mineral Water Co. Ltd. v. P. Marsh, £1 9s. On .judgment summonses the following orders were made: L. Hanora to pay A. O. Partridge £1 IDs fid, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment; S. Hanora, jun., to pay B. Crutehley £9 15s fid, in default nine days’ imprisonment, the warrant to- be suspended so long as debtor pays £1 per month; TO. 10. Cresswell to pay Home Supply Co. Ltd. £l2 13s, in default 18 days’ imprisonment. John Corradus, charged with using obscene language in Egmont Street, Patea, on December 21, pleaded guilty and was placed on probation for 12 months.
