SYDNEY MAN’S STATEMENT
(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SYDNEY, Jan. 9. Mr Albert James, who owns a controlling interest in the Southern Cross Junior stated that the flight to New Zealand was undertaken without lus permission or information. It was with the object of making a flight to Japan for which arrangements were almost completed and for which the machine was purchased.
