GENERAL OBSERVANCE
The Acting-Prime Minister of New Zealand, the Hon. E. A. Ransom, announced on Wednesday that his Excellency the Governor-General had received a telegram from the Lord Chamberlain, Buckingham Palace, stating that the funeral of the late Princess Royal takes place on Saturday, on which date flags, including those at flag stations, are to be half-masted.
