Sir Phillip Gibbs’ new -book “Since Then,” which is a survey of post-war conditions, expresses the. opinion that Empire settlement on a big scale is the only solution of unemployment. The Prince of Wales should lead the new “crusade.” Money could be found .because there is plenty for high-class loans. Men and women could he found, for there are thousands who would volunteer, if assiird it were not a political dodge or bogus job or scheme, shifting them from the Old Country to some frightful desolation.
