Speaking at the opening of the Dannevirke Co-operative Corporation’s new dairy factory at Umataoroa, Hen. A. J. Murdoch, Minister of Agriculture denied absolutely that there was any intentions of reducing the vote for agriculture as the Government recognised Ihiat the agricultural and pastoral industry was of all importance to the Dominion.
