(By Tetegrauh—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Sept. 13. Simpson, the Ohio athlete, is definitely available for a tour of New Zealand during the coming track season, advice to this effect having been received bv the N.Z.A.A.A. from its American representative, Mr C. G. Krogness.
