BROADCAST DURING CONFER EN'CE.

A proposal which had been considered' .of broadcasting the speeches of Prime Ministers at the opening session of the Imperial Conference on September 30 has been abandoned, but arrangements have been made for a special broadcast to be given by each of ■the six Primp Ministers* during the period that the Conference is meeting. It is stated that similar arrangements may be made for broadcasting speeches by leading .delegates to the Indian Round Table Conference, which, will bo heard in London after the Imperial Conference has* completed its work.
