INJUNCTIONS AdIIEKT) TO. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., July 31. The announcement was made in the Supreme Court- that a series of ca-ses in which injunctions were sought by New Zealand Breweries, the Tui. Brewery, Taylor and; Company and the Auckland Bottle Company against S. W. REvans, hotel licensee, had been settled. It was alleged that defendant had been using the bottles of the firms referred to,'and he agreed to injunctions restraining him from doing so. His Honour made an order in accordance, with the terms of settlement.
