MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
VISIT FROM STRATFORD CLUB. In spite of the inclement weather last night Ajm unexpected visit was paid tin local club by members of the ■Stratford Miniature Rifle Cliitb, and a most enjoyable evening was spent hv all. The ladies provided supper at very short notice, for which everyone was verj thankful. In the absence of the president (Mr A. Elgar), the visitors were welcomed by the secretary. Mr Cartel replied, and invited Hawera member. 5 to visit Stratford for a return match ir the near future, when they .would tip to turn the tables on Hawera for then defeat last night.
