July 28. “This is another of those absurdly stupid cases that waste the time- of an expensive court and. tend to bring the whole system into disrepute,” said Air. Justice Frazer in the Arbitration Court when giving his decision in an apprenticeship, dispute. “The- whole essence of the thing is that here \\e have a committee and an employer standing on their dignity over a trivial matter,"and then they come along and worry us about it AYe have wasted an hour, and goodness knows how many other people have also- wasted their time. It is childish, to say the least.”
