Transfer of Trusts to the Public Trustee Because of pressure of his own business, failing health, frequent absence, or lack of experience in the difficult duties of trusteeship, a private trustee may desire to be relieved from his burden of responsibility. This may be accomplished, and with advantage to the beneficiaries in the estate, by transferring his trust to the Public !
