NEW DIVISION SET UP (British Official Wireless.) . RUGBY. July S. The Secretary for the 'Colonics has appointed Mr. G. .L Tomlinson, formerly of the Nigerian Civil Service, to bo assistant Under-Secretary of State in the Colonial Office, and to take charge of the new division being set up to deal with all matters' relating to the personnel of the colonial services.
