BERLIN, J une 24. * The Prussian police are experimentin'’' with it mobile tank armed with nothing but water. It resembles an armoured car, and is protected by bul-let-proof plates. There is a gun m a turret which discharges a irerce stream of water for a distance of 50 yards, damping the ardour of hostile crowds. As disorders must be suppressed it is better that water should How m the streets- than that there .should he bloodshed.
