FURTHER N.S.W. PROPOSALS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 11.45 a.m., to-day. SYDNEY, May 22, Wages, hours and conditions on any work financed by the £3,000,000 to be raised by the wage tax of 3d in the £, are to be. determined by the Government . This was announced by the Treasurer (Air. 'Stevens) in the Assembly when he introduced' the third of the Government's series of economic Bills. He said that a’il salaries and wages would be taxed from July 1.
