BURNED TO WATERLINE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SYDNEY, May 17. A mysterious explosion occurred aboard the auxiliary vessel Aroa at flora iia, resulting in. the destruction of the ship. While the boat was at Roraua its captain discovered tue bodies of two natives in a. hold and decided to put back to Kanosia for their burial. Just as the vessel was leaving the- jetty an explosion occurred in the lioid, and the Aroa was burned to the waterline.
