Surrey.—A\orcestei in the first innings made 40 (Allom t-ook three wickets for 11 and Stroud four for 17), and in the second innings 183 (Allom took four wickets for 60. and Stroud four for 36). Surrey m the first •innings made 447 for eight wickets and declared (Hobbs 06, Sand-ham 65, Ducat 125, Shepherd 82).. Surrey won by an innings and 224 runs. Nottingham v, Sussex. —Nottingham, in the first innings made 273 (Wliysall 113; Wensley took four wickets for 73), and in the second innings 89 for six wickets. Sussex in the first innings made 188 (Parks 83; Staples took six wickets for 50). Nottingham won on [the first innings. Northamptonshire v, Lancashire. —
Nortlia 111 ptonsllire in the first innings made 152 (Tyldeslev took four wickets for 36) and in the second innings 16-1 (Hopwood took five wickets for 40, and Tyldesiey four for 49). Lancashire in the first innings made 337 for six wickets and declared (lddon 93, Eckerslev not out 69, Hopwood 62). Lancashire won by an innings and 21 runs. Kent v. Oxford University.—Kent in the first innings made .133 (Peebles took six wickets lor 68). Oxford in the first innings made 407 (Melville 78, lord 15.5) The match was drawn. Glamorgan v. Warwick.—Glamorgan in the first innings made 269, and in the second 120 for one wicket. Warwick in the first innings made 251. Glamor °an won on the first innings.
