PRODUCERS’ RESOLUTION. *b> leiegrai/U—Press* AofcuciuUuu.y DARGAVILLE, Alay 7. At a very largely attended meeting of dairy factory suppliers last evening to hear an address by Air G. D. AlacFarlane, of the New Zealand Producers’ Co-operative Alarketing Association, on the dairy marketing problem, the following resolution was unanimously carried: “That jn view of the necessity for daily farmers of New Zealand adopting a. scheme of orderly cooperative marketing, this meeting urges the New Zealand Producers’ Cooperative Alarketing Association and Amalgamated Dairies, Ltd., as the only two co-operative marketing companies of dairy produce, to combine I their efforts to achieve this desirable object, and as the suppliers of the Northern Wairoa Dairy Company will be asked to pass, an opinion at their annual meeting as to the necessity of joining such a scheme, it will greatly help them in their deliberations if an amalgamation or other harmonious agreement can he arrived at by these two companies before that date.”
