NEW ZEALAND CHAMPIONSHIPS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 30. Tlte New Zealand tennis championships were continued to-day at 10.30 o’clock. The courts were dead, and at H o’clock play was adjourned owing to a thunderstorm. Besults: — Men’s singles.—Third round: A. L. France beat- Wallace. 6—l, 6—3, 6—2. Fourth round: Malfroy is leading Sturt 7 —5 ; 2—O: Angus is leading Wilson, 5 —4 ; D G. France ancl Stedman are o all. HAWERA CLUB. TEAM, FOR NEW PLYMOUTH. The following team will represent the Hawera- Tennis Club in a match against the Now Plymouth Tennis Club at New Plymouth on Saturday next: Ladies.—-Misses L. Pease, V. Moginie, D. and; E.
