REPRESENTATIVE COMMITTEE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Jan. 10. I The formation of an aviation adI vi.sory committee for the committee of Lloyd’s Register of Shipping was announced some time ago, nnd the names of those who are serving on it are now published. They include, in addition to prominent members of Lloyds, representatives of all the interests concerned in civil aviation, and the hope is expressed that with the formation of the new committee the activities of the society in regard to civil aviation will he gradually extended and will in time embrace many of the services which Lloyd’s Register has so long rendered in the sphere of shipping.
