COMING SEASON’S ALL BLACKS THREE TRIAL GAMES (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 15. After a long discussion of the opinions -of the various unions of Now Zealand, which have been obtained, the management committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union last night decided that Mr. Wray, the New Zealand representative on the English Rugby Union should be advised that tlie present opinion of the majority of the unions in New Zealand indicated that they did not agree with the International Board’s decision regarding the establishment of a consultative body. It was also decided to notify him that the New Zealand union considered that a conference of all Rugby unions should be held in New Zealand in the coining season, and to ask him to endeavour to get Home unions to agree to a, conference. In connection with the- English tour, it was decided that for the purpose of selecting- New Zealand- representatives, three trials to be played as follows: Mav 14, North Island possibles v probables, at Palmerston North. Mav 20, South Island possibles v probables, at Christchurch. June 11, New Zealand possibles v or-obabies, at Wellington.
