PROGRESS LEAGUE. At a meeting of the Patea Progress League this week, the Mayor (Mr F. Ramsbottoim) presiding, the nightwatchman (Mr R. It was decided to support the continued observance of Wednesday as the half-holiday. PERSONAL. Mrs T. Lineham and Mrs M. Paterson, of Auckland, am visiting Patea. .Mr and Mrs W. F. Sheild have returned from Hastings.
