While Singh, the Indian, who is flying from England to India, was absent in Paris the wind overturned and seriously damaged his aeroplane. Singh secured a new propellor at Le Bourget, which which he entrained for Noyon. He proposes to resume his flight tomorrow. RETURN TO LONDON. Received 11.30 a.m. to-day. PARIS, Jan. 15. Singh returned to London by mail ’plane to-day.
