CRICKET TEST ADAIISSION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 14. The receipts for tlie two days of the first cricket Test between A1.C.0. and New Zealand at Lancaster Park, Triday and Monday, amounted to £OSO. Commenting on these returns to-day. Air. \V. H. Wimsor, (secretary 'to theNew Zealand Cricket Council, said he considered them very -satisfactory tor the first and third days of a.match. “It was ill-ore than we expected under the circumstances,” lie added- “‘The enforced postponement of the match on Saturday of course affected the gate money considerably, it was distinctly disappointing from the point of view of both the public and tlie. council that there wars no play on the principal day.”
