LONDON. Dec

The Bordeaux police, according- to the Paris correspondent of the “Sunday Times,” have arrested a landed proprietor named Bussv, aged 63. who, in revenge against people who testified against him in a divorce suit, is alleged to have sent them bombs through the post.

His first victim, a woman, was seriously injured when she opened the nostal packet. A second packet containing a bomb was discovered in the post office, while a third, delivered at the office of a solicitor, exploded and injured a clerk-
